Synopsis:
Stewart Kane, an Irishman and local from the Australian town of Jindabyne is on a fishing trip with three other men when they discover the dead body of a young woman in the river. Rather than return immediately, they continue fishing and only report their gruesome find days later. Deeply disturbed by her husband's actions, it is Stewart's wife Claire who must undertake a redemptive journey to lay the dead girl to rest.
